Privacy & cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by DCTM, R. das Pedralvas, 23 - 4D, 1500-487 Lisboa, Portugal. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to geral@dctm.pt.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. It has no analytics, no advertising and no social media trackers.
The contacts section can display a map provided by Google Maps. That map is not loaded unless you allow it: when you accept, Google may set cookies on your device and receive your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. You can withdraw that permission at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
To remember your choice, we store a single entry in your browser's local storage. It contains only whether you accepted or declined, stays on your device, and is never sent to us.
The contact form
If you send us a demo request, we receive the name, email address, subject, phone number, address and message you provide. We use that data only to answer you and, where relevant, to follow up on a commercial proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Messages are sent to our mailbox and kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as our processor. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs that may include your IP address, browser and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, and for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to geral@dctm.pt and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
